Oh yeahs. NaTIONAL CAMP06!! (: it was a super duper cool camp man. yeahs. plannedx by the ncc this year and this is a bi-annual camp which is like 2year one time de. It's at the pasir laba camp. yeahs. it's an army campsite. got alot of countries coming. like hongkong, indonesia, india, thailand, malaysia and so on. den we have to assemble at boon lay mrt station by 8am. yeahs. den take shuttle bus to the pasir laba camp. FIRST DAY yeahs. starting was admin stuff, check in, collect pass, bag, shirts and blah blah. and knew that im in DELTA PLATOON 6! yeahs. this platoon totally rawks sia. the platoon of all platoon of delta! hahas. den after that we went for lunch. we went for activities after lunch like mountain biking and paint ball. it was quite fun yeahs. the mountain biking was enjoyable with all the songs. the paint ball we shooting targets and only a few bullets. if can shoot human and more bullets better. hahas. den went for dinner and finally alseep at 11. SECOND DAY yeahs. we woke up at 6. den asssembled at 6.30. den we went to the kayaking site. we went dragonboating first. den followed by kayaking. dint try cutterpulling. cos no time and also that i dun feel like cutter pulling. hahas. cos i see it like not fun de. den went for lunch at a tent. after which, we have line-control/ radio-control flying[where u fly the aeroplanes models] hahas. ya. after which we have the baking of pizza and muffin using cardboard made ovens, and charcoals as fire. it was soon over and we waited for the opening ceremony to start. however, the bus came to fetch us back to the campsite to change to our national camp tee and put our thing and washup. (: so we went back. den came back. hahas. den the opening ceremony start. [the opening ceremony is on the second day cos: the first day is settling down and not really the opening. the second day den actual start of the events. so oc on second day. thats wad they told us. (:] yeahs. mitchell poon was the mc for the ncc performance u noe. so cool man. hahas. den angel,fatin,jason and others were part of the performance too. but didnt get to see them in the sea cos it was too dark. although there were lights. but managed to wave them hello be4 the thing start.end around9.30-10. yeahs. den went back to campsite. den they brief brief eat supper den went bath and went to bed around 11.30. yeahs.
THIRD DAY yeahs. and the third day manns. its a very very cool day. the last day of all activities. (: yeahs. we woke up at 6 again and went to the cookhouse for breakfast. it was bread and macdonald's bigbreakfast that king of egg and got jam, butter, milo. yeahs. den after that went for archery, standard obstacles course[SOC] and rapelling[which is absailing?] yeahs. archery was fun. each of us hab 3 tries, 1try shooting 3 arrows. yeahs. ahhas. my first try was damn cool. my first shot and it was the bull's eye. yeahs. hahas. and the instructor said that i was the first to shoot it since day1. hahas. so cool. den went SOC. yeahs. quite fun. learn a few things. and got suicide window also. cool. hahas. den noe some ncc clt that noe my school's peeps. yeahs. hahas. followed by rapelling. yeahs. it was cool. going downwards. yeahs. not that scary afterall. hahas. after that went back to cookhouse for lunch. den, we went for first aid lesson, where we got to play with the dummies and learn how to put the cloth to the wound all these and that. hahas. got one is call doughnut. so cute. den we went IMT/FT shooting. this place, we used m16s1 rifle to shoot. yeahs. but its computerised de. not real bullets. hahas. when i playing this i remembered my syf G.O.H days. hahas. where we did the funishiwa and shot the real bullets into the air. hahas. so cool. den we went to our last station of the camp. the survival village. and it teaches us about survival skills. hahas. yeahs. den they killed the frog, eels, crab and skined them alive. oh man. hahas. yeahs. it was pretty disgusting. hahas. but it was a fun station. hahas. den there was a board that tell us about the survival kit. and me and my fwen noticed that there's something included in the kit. its the condom. hahas. den we asked the instructor why need condom to survive, hahas. den he say for many purposes since it is rubberised and elastic. can store water, put things and its waterproof too. hahas. so its for that purposes. hahas. dun think too much la peeps. hahas. yeahs. den we went back to the cookhouse for dinner. den went back to bunk to prepare for campfire night/closing ceremony. hahas. yeahs. it was a fun night if u noe how to enjoy it manns. hahas. yeahs. i was so high then. hahas. me and shahrin wanted to lose our voices. den after the campfire we no much voice left we thought going no voice le. den very happy. but next day we wake up. oh man, our voices recovered. so sians. hahas. lolls. yeahs. the campfire was fun la. got many performances. by all the countries. during the closing ceremony, the ncc handed over the national camp flag to npcc who will organise the national camp in two years' time. yeahs. (: yeahs. den went to bed around 12+. yeahs.
FOURTH/LAST DAY yeahs. we are expected to assemble by 6.45am. hahas. den shaun[my fwen] woke up at 6.20am. ahhas. we suppose to wake up like 5.50 or 6 for bath. hahas. den all woke up late. den he called me and shah up. den we two continued to sleep until 6.40? hahas. yeahs. funny. den quickly brushed teeth and went down. no ime for bathing. hahas. den we ate breakfast, went to pack the room[bunk], and my bunk was asked to cleared the litters in the toilet. hahas. but we didnt bother and we didnt kena scolded. hahas. yeahs. cos the toilet is like too clean. hahs. den we waited under the hot sun for like 1hour la. ahhas. den we took platoon photos, company photos and more. hahas. yeahs. den our lunch came. den eat eat eat. den went to leader's square[ the parade square] yeahs. ahhas. den spilt up to diff uniform groups. den went back by bus to boonlay mrt. ya. den met brianna, steph and hongzhen for "lunch". hahas. yeahs. although i ate le but i still ate a set meal at macs. ahahs. ya. nice. hahas. den after that went home. yeahs. hahas. yeahs. thats about all manns. about the national camp. yeahs. its cool and nice and interesting and nice. yeahs. i love it manns. miss it.!!
